Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using Ghost Photoshoot AI. It applies to uploads, requests, generated files, private order links, and any use of the Service. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Who and what you may submit

You must be at least 18 years old. Upload only content you own or are authorized to use. For every identifiable person, you must have their permission. You may submit photos of your own pet. Do not upload images of minors, public figures, celebrities, or people who have not consented.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use the Service to create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate:

• sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate material;
• content involving a minor, or content that sexualizes, harms, or exploits a person or animal;
• harassment, hate, threats, humiliation, stalking, non-consensual intimate imagery, or privacy-invasive content;
• impersonation, fraud, deception, political persuasion presented as authentic media, or material likely to mislead people about a real event or person;
• unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or rights-violating material, including content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or data-protection rights;
• malware, scams, security testing without permission, attempts to bypass safeguards, scraping, excessive automation, resale of unauthorized access, or actions that impair the Service or other users.

Do not share a private order link or downloaded content in a way that violates someone else's rights. You remain responsible for how you publish or use generated files, including any disclosure required by a platform or applicable law.

Enforcement

We may review, block, remove, pause, cancel, or report content or activity when we reasonably believe it violates this Policy, the Terms, applicable law, or safety requirements. We may limit or end access to the Service. We are not required to monitor every submission, and enforcement does not create an obligation to review all content.

Reporting and contact

To report misuse, a rights concern, or a suspected policy violation, contact the support address in the site footer and include the relevant order reference or link where possible. Do not send sensitive material unless it is needed to explain the report.
