Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of Ghost Photoshoot AI (the Service). By using the Service, uploading a reference image, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Delivery and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and your promises

You must be at least 18 years old. You may upload only images that you own or are authorized to use, including every person shown. You may upload images of your own pet. Do not upload images of minors, public figures, celebrities, or anyone who has not given permission. You are responsible for your uploads, prompts, and use of the resulting files.

You must comply with applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse, pause, remove, or cancel processing where we reasonably believe content or use breaches these rules, creates a safety risk, or exposes us or others to legal risk.

The Service and AI output

The Service creates stylized ghost-themed images and videos from the reference images and package you select. Image and video packages are sold independently; each video package includes four ghost portraits. The Service uses third-party infrastructure and AI providers to process, generate, store, and deliver results. Outputs are generated, not photographed. They may vary from examples, contain artifacts, omit details, or otherwise differ from your expectations.

You should review generated files before sharing or relying on them. Do not present AI-generated material as a real photograph where that would mislead people or violate a platform's rules. The Service is an independent creative tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social-media platform, trend creator, public figure, or third-party AI provider.

Orders, payments, and delivery

Prices, included outputs, currency, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your purchase is a one-time order unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout; we do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

After payment, the Service gives you a private order page and may send its link to the delivery email you provide. Keep that link and order reference private. You are responsible for entering an email address you can access. Email delivery is a convenience; completed files remain available through the private order page while it is available.

Technical failures, retries, and refunds

Our Delivery and Refund Policy is part of these Terms. In summary, when an individual paid output has a final technical failure, we automatically retry that output up to two additional times at no extra charge. Successfully completed outputs remain available for download.

If an output still cannot be delivered after the allowed retries or processing deadline, we calculate a refund for only the undelivered portion from the amount actually paid for that order. Image and video portions are calculated independently, including where a discount applied. If no purchased output can be delivered, the refund is for the full amount actually paid. Approved automatic refunds are sent to the original payment method through the payment provider. We describe a refund as submitted only after the payment provider has accepted the refund request; arrival time is controlled by the provider and your bank.

This policy covers final technical non-delivery. It does not promise refunds for subjective preferences, changes of mind, or results that differ from an example but were delivered, except where required by law.

Your content and generated files

You keep the rights you have in the images and other material you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, scan, process, generate from, store, secure, troubleshoot, and deliver your order. We do not use your uploads or generated files in marketing without your separate permission.

Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any rights held by third parties, you may use the generated files for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for checking whether your intended use is lawful and permitted by any platform, advertiser, marketplace, or other service you use. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to create, request, distribute, or facilitate unlawful, deceptive, exploitative, sexually explicit, abusive, hateful, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. You may not impersonate a person, bypass safety controls, probe or interfere with the Service, resell unauthorized access, or use automated means that overload or scrape the Service. The Acceptable Use Policy gives additional examples.

Availability and changes

We work to operate the Service reliably, but it depends on networks and third-party providers and may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued. We may modify the Service or these Terms when reasonably necessary. A revised date on this page indicates when updated Terms take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular generation time, or a particular creative outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
