Last updated: 2026-10-24
Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Ghost Photoshoot AI (the Service, we, us) handles personal information when you browse the Service, upload reference images, place an order, receive an email, or contact support. It should be read with our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Delivery and Refund Policy.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Order and contact information, including the delivery email address you enter, order reference, selected package, payment status, and support messages.
- Reference content, including photos you upload, the template or options you select, and technical information needed to process that content.
- Generated content, including the images or videos created for your private order page and the delivery records associated with them.
- Payment metadata, such as the payment provider, transaction or checkout identifier, amount, currency, refund status, and fraud or dispute signals. Our payment provider handles card details; we do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.
- Device, log, and cookie information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages or actions, timestamps, error logs, session or preference cookies, and security/rate-limit data.
How we use information
We use information to provide the Service: validate uploads, create and deliver your order, process payment and refunds, show a private order page, send transactional emails, answer support requests, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot faults, improve reliability, and comply with law.
We do not use your uploaded reference images or generated files in marketing unless you separately give us permission.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably necessary with providers that help us operate the Service, including payment processors, AI generation providers, cloud storage and delivery providers, email providers, analytics or security providers, and hosting infrastructure. Those providers process information under their own terms and policies.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect people or our rights and property, or in connection with a business transfer where permitted by law.
International processing
Our providers and infrastructure may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. By using the Service, you understand that information may be transferred and processed where our providers operate, subject to applicable law.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, preserve private order access, process payments or refunds, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, meet legal obligations, and maintain security. Retention periods vary by data type and operational need. We may delete or de-identify content when it is no longer needed; no storage period is guaranteed unless we expressly state one.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, and monitoring. No internet service or storage system is completely secure. Keep your private order link and order reference confidential, and contact support promptly if you believe they were exposed.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law by contacting the support address in the site footer. Include the delivery email address and order reference when possible so we can verify the request. We may need to retain limited information for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, accounting, or security reasons.
Children and restricted content
The Service is not for children and is intended only for people at least 18 years old. Do not upload images of minors or submit content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. If you believe a minor's information has been provided to us, contact support using the address in the site footer.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest version. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to the support address published in the site footer.
